Frequently Asked Questions
A TAP Partner can be either:
–a local civic advocacy organization, active in issues that have both local and national dimensions, involving defending liberties under attack by powerful interests. The recent COVID-19 “pandemic” is a prime example.
OR—
— a blogger, website, artist, or journalist who is interested in expanding his or her audience and networking with grassroots action organizations.
A TAP Partner, while active locally, is aware of a larger dimension that it cannot change on its own. The Partner is seeking help in gaining supporters locally, finding allies and resources nationally, and connecting with likeminded groups everywhere.
TAP’s role is to help its Partners achieve their goals by connecting their members and supporters in a network of networks to build a common movement infrastructure.
TAP Partners will be featured and have their own webpage on the TAP website, help plan content and join in TAP Webcasts nationally, and help one another find more people who share their mission. Through the TAP Forums and Campfire Chats (coming soon), they can share ideas and experiences with like-minded groups. And they can join in the work of building alternative representative structures from the ground up to end the stranglehold of the political parties and mass media impacting our world today. – truthactionproject.org/tap-partners/
A TAP Associate Member is a recurring monthly donor of $5 or more per month toward the goal of building the Truth Action Project. – truthactionproject.org/donate/

The current Board members are listed on the TAP website. They come from all over the country and have different ideological and political starting points. At present, the TAP organization is structured as a typical nonprofit, but it has plans to move toward the election of board members from the bottom up as Local Action Groups grow in number. – truthactionproject.org/meet-our-board/
Please contact us here or via our website at “Contact Us” and we will let you know. You can start a TAP Chapter with as few as two or three like-minded people.
One way TAP aims to promote awareness and movement building is with Truth Booths, informational tents that can help you interact with the citizens in your area with educational materials about key topics. Booths can be set up in different ways, some with digital displays of video loops, handouts and exhibits, or other relevant materials that can be distributed at street fairs, county fairs, or during demonstrations about any related issue. The idea is to introduce the general public to documentation of critical recent history of which many Americans are still unaware. – truthactionproject.org/tap-truth-booths/
