America's Founding Constitutional Principles
TAP endeavors to defend America’s founding constitutional principles and supports legal actions to hold those responsible for violations of civil rights and crimes against the Republic. We endeavor to restore and prevent future violations of our civil rights and liberties.
We recognize that the five freedoms within the First Amendment are all under siege:
1st: Freedom of Religion;
2nd: Freedom of Speech;
3rd: Freedom of the Press;
4th: Freedom to Peacefully Assemble; and
5th: Freedom to Petition the Government for a Redress of Grievances.
We are reminded that the United States Constitution is a precious contribution to devising a way to govern with the consent of the governed. The Bill of Rights granted us our freedoms, and this is what we need to uphold.
