Empowering Communities for Systemic Change
Local communities hold the true power. State, federal, and global governance draw their power from the base. The frustration many feel stems from a sense of powerlessness against distant forces. But the laws that most immediately impact your life—your housing, your environment, your local economy, the distribution of public funds, and a greater ability to unplug from corrupt systems—are written in your county or municipal council chambers. This is where local grassroots civic action has its greatest impact.
Our Mission:
- Bring awareness of the need for local civic engagement and a path for local empowerment, prosperity and self-sufficiency
- Help develop and optimize independent grassroots political action committees serving the common good.
- Be a resource to stop government constitutional overreach and unplug from corrupt systems
Rewiring the System: The Power of Local Legislation
“Political Action Committee” (PAC) is a vehicle designed to organize, select representation, raise and spend money to elect or defeat candidates. When we stand up and take legislative control of our counties and cities, the “House of Cards” has no foundation upon which to stand.

Transforming Communities for Prosperity and Self-sufficiency. A Model for Success: Hawaii’s Maui Pono Network
The most direct, strategic, and least disruptive path to alter this corrupt system lies in local grassroots civic engagement, focused on the ultimate trigger point: electing a majority of local legislators who genuinely serve the people and the environment. It provides systemic change that is least disruptive to local infrastructure and daily lives.
This strategy is not hypothetical; it is being executed successfully right now. The Maui Pono Network (MPN), formed in 2018, serves as a powerful example of what is possible when community members unite and use the PAC structure strategically. MPN is a local grassroots political action committee dedicated to electing candidates in Maui County who prioritize the community and the environment over corporate agendas.
By focusing on local council and mayoral races—the seats that control the island’s future—In 2018 we elected a majority of county council members who serve the community, the first time in 125 years, the change was dramatic.
With this majority in the county council, Maui County passed 19 Charter Amendments, rewiring its county constitution for self-sufficiency, addressing environmental and cultural concerns, reducing cronyism and nepotism by rewiring the system, developing local food production, increase affordable housing, and gaining community control of water(before a Canadian Pension Fund controlled Maui’s water access).
With local community control through proper representation and community engagement, you can have greater health freedom, self-sufficiency, local currency, community development and empowerment, and a greater ability to withdraw from corrupt upper layers of governance.

Reclaim Paradise; Reset for the Common Good
We can Reclaim Paradise on earth or fall deeper into Technocratic Rule. Actively engaged in the reset to the New World Order are the oligarch’s elite, we must also actively engage for the Common Good. By focusing on the local trigger for systemic change we can use proven ways to shift it to serve the common good. This is not about anarchy; it is about utilizing the existing system so that it serves the people, instead of supporting corporate greed and the removal of liberties. Maui County’s shift from Corporate Rule to greater Home Rule provides a template for global system change.
